Dear National Youth for Christ:

Praise the Name of Our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ!  Happy New Year to each and everyone you!  I pray God’s blessing upon us all as we venture into 2010!

This letter is to solicit your support in publishing the winter edition of The MESSENGER.  The deadline to submit information for the newsletter is Sunday, February 14, 2010.

As a reminder, we are looking for the following information, in brief, that has occurred between meetings:  youth news, marriages, births, graduations/school accomplishments, significant professional accomplishments, significant awards/honors, upcoming national or local church events, poetry, testimonials, and such that may be appropriate for the newsletter and appropriate as information to the national body.  We will also accept biographies on new churches and new pastors established.  Please make sure the information being submitted has the approval of your pastor and/or youth leader.  Information is also subject to the approval of the 2nd Vice President, District Elder Eric L. Cannady.  Please send all pictures as a separate jpeg or tiff file (do not include them as part of your typed document).   Please do not send submissions as a PDF.  I can only include information that is legible and received in a timely manner.  Also, we are soliciting businesses, entrepreneurships, and/or churches to purchase space in the newsletter for advertising purposes.

Once again, the deadline for submitting information is SUNDAY, FEBRUARY 14, and you may send information by email to either District Elder Cannady or me.  As always, thanks for your continued support of this national publication.
